We are a team of long-term PPM experts. For many years we have successfully implemented PPM solutions from the top vendors.
2008-10 | Chronical pain deserves solution.
All of our customers and prospects that we met over the years were just taking the data into Excel spreadsheets and conducting planning meetings that were not driven by accurate data. Inconsistencies and inflexibility in the Excel data, narrow focus and bias led to timing out in the planning and resulted in a practice that PMI identifies as causing 10% budget waste in every portfolio.
The fact that top-down automated planning is not addressed by any of the tools was obvious to us for years.
2011-13 | First attempt failed.
We first tried to address it by better reporting, building a flexible “content pack” full of sophisticated charts and visualisations that addressed exactly what our clients we eager to see. It was adopted by several enterprises. However, the challenge of top-down portfolio planning was still there.
2014 | Second attempt proved the approach.
Our second attempt started in 2012, after several years of considerations. An algorithmic engine was developed, and even with an ugly user interface, clients liked the capabilities. The proof came when a bank, famous with their passion and investments into delivering projects successfully, managed to improve its portfolio success radically. Several other clients across industries loved it too including a fashion & retail design to sales clothing company used to plan their 10.000 strong resources for 5 continents for different fashion calendars and a multi-national travel giant, a health insurance provider and some other banks.
2017- 19 | Modern AI Application is born.
That gave us confidence in making a new investment into an AI-centric roadmap planning platform. Flexible. Scalable. Cloud-based. A modern microservices architecture opened the solution to multiple AI algorithms, new features and unmatched performance.
2020 onwards | Creating the market.
Being the first applying AI to Roadmap Portfolio Planning means that we are creating a new class of software. Join us on this journey.
